PULL & PUSH All marketing falls into two categories: push marketing and pull marketing. To marketers, it's as basic as breathing in and out. But that doesn't help the millions of would-be business owners who have left (or will be leaving) the corporate world to start their own businesses without the benefit of a marketing education. So consider this a quick marketing course: Push A “push” promotional strategy makes use of a company's sales force and trade promotion activities to create consumer demand for a product.The producer promotes the product to wholesalers, the wholesalers promote it to retailers, and the retailers promote it to consumers. A good example of "push" selling is mobile phones, where the major handset manufacturers such as Nokia promote their products via retailers such as Carphone Warehouse. Personal selling and trade promotions are often the most effective promotional tools for companies such as Nokia - for example offering subsidies on the handsets to encourage retailers to sell higher volumes.A "push" strategy tries to sell directly to the consumer, bypassing other distribution channels (e.g. selling insurance or holidays directly). With this type of strategy, consumer promotions and advertising are the most likely promotional tools. Pull A “pull” selling strategy is one that requires high spending on advertising and consumer promotion to build up consumer demand for a product.If the strategy is successful, consumers will ask their retailers for the product, the retailers will ask the wholesalers, and the wholesalers will ask the producers.As part of the promotional campaign.

For this journal week 3, I describe to understand myself that in class we started to learn " blog" Aj.Kob show the interested some students that I saw their blog had looked for the design, style of choosing template, or products for analyzing. such as Ferrari, Singapo Airline, orther.And Then,I can see how I can improve my blog to be better. After that we moved us to the warm-up
activities,speaking,and brainstorming ativity next we divided into 5 of each group so we can share idea and join to describe about this activity For doing this activity, we can apply the principle of marketing mix (4p) strategy and Maslow’s hierarchical needs concept for my work group.Importantly, I think after this activity I can get more knowledge about Maslow’s hierarchical needs concept because there are many different .

After that The class studied to finish that I learn Victoria's Secret issue. My summary about victoria's Secret issue. Victria's Secret is one of intimate apparel brand which famous in America and the most of women in America can not deny under the name of Victoria brand.You can find the bigger stores where are sold victoria such as Wal - Mart,JC Penneyand La Perla that you can see victoria brand is not general bra brand. Next, Positioning of Victoria brand is very interested who Victoria's brand like a modern style,comfort,fit,repulation and high quality so Victoria's Secrect had the greatest brand loyalty among consumers that the positioning of marking's Victoria's Secret held 15 % of 12 billion. 20% of retail bras market 54.5 billion. Lastly, Victoria's secret imformation can stand in world-class brand.

Journal Week 1

After that I studied this ENG-380 course. I got knowledge about Webpage,Blog and new Teachnology that it can adapt other subject or all about Teachnology . Importantly, this course I knew about Business Manage Markrting that 4ps so I must thought to process for this course but I felt to impress Aj.Kob so much who she look like so smart,hyper,confidence, attentive woman and understand her students. First class, Aj Kob had Pre-tasted to student in class about a good speaker in English that the students must to comment about it . Next,
I though a good speaker must had intelligence as have ideas tasted for speaking ang a good speaker must to had a lot of experience form conversation. Than, to have for example about this case even that if you found this even how do? Each person had difference ideas that my ideas that my idea tasted by calling mobile-phone to my friend should this true case becuase to help my friend. Lastly, I understand Business concept so much From Aj.Kob that I don't have suppress . I'm so happy happy.
